Refund policy

We will gladly accept any unworn, unused product with original tags within 10 Days of purchase for an exchange or refund, excluding the sale items.
Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
Customers need to return the merchandise via reliable delivery i.e. courier or registered post at his own expense to our address.
Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
All returns should be sent to Plot no. C-12, Basement Floor, Block-8 Clifton, Karachi 75600.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Undergarments cannot be exchanged or returned.
